2026 Spring MidAtlantic College Retreat (February 27- March 1)

Dates: February 27 – March 1 (Check-in begins 6:30 PM on February 27)
Where: Skycroft Conference Center (9621 Frostown Rd, Middletown, MD 21769)
Meals: 5 meals (Saturday breakfast – Sunday lunch)
Cost: $100 for individuals in bunk style rooms. Late fee of $10 after 2/8.

For the boxed lunch offered on Saturday, a separate registration form will be forthcoming to select available lunch options.

Children’s service will be provided for all messages. For the safety and care of the children, we ask that every child be registered through the registration form (link above) by March 13th.  Please take care to note any allergies or special accommodations.  For any questions related to the Children’s Service, please contact Leo Halim or Timothy Lee.

Hotel Reservation 

The special conference rate with the hotel is $132/night (no breakfast) or $172/night that includes daily breakfast for four.  To reserve a room at the hotel with our discounted rate, please call (804) 379-3800 and use the special rate code 92B.  Rooms may also be booked directly on the Hilton website at the following link: Mid Atlantic Blending Conference.  Please note that the link currently does not have the option to reserve the breakfast rate – we will provide that once it becomes available.  Please note that there is a limited number of rooms available, so please book soon.  Free parking is available with discount code DBTNP.  Please remember to use this code to ensure free parking is added to your reservation. All conference attendees will receive free parking during the conference sessions.
